i caugth a barracuda once (50 miles from cuba) and i was told never to eat them they are posion to humans

Was great baked and broiled.One thing that has to be considered is the size when deciding when to eat them. Since they are the apex predator any toxins get concentrated in them. Same thing with barracuda.
