In fact, I would not.
I kept them for my little daughter (her name is "Derin Irmak" which means Deep River.) otherwise I would release to let them go on living...
She, on the other hand, was a bit unhappy with her stomach (got cold) so she did not like its taste, this time.
Fresh water species are not good as Bosphorus' marine species.
But, trout is one of the best delicious species of fresh water in Turkey.
