We thought it fundamental to set up an inside Quality Check Group , which controls our products fr-
om their arrival throughout their processing. With continuos and accurated inspections and chemical,
microbiological checks on the goods , we test their hygene and freshness.
One of the challenges of ensuring fisheries resources are used sustainably is that no-one can own fish.
While the farmer on the land has been granted the ability to manage the land however he or she wis-
hes, the fisher does not have such a specific right. Fishers are granted access to use the resource but
not exclusively.
